Job summary

Udhyam Learning Foundation is seeking a proactive role in Maharashtra to monitor program implementation across districts and build strong government stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will conduct school visits, document progress, and support field teams in district and state events.

Based in or willing to relocate to Pune/Amravati, the role requires 3-5 years of govt-stakeholder experience, strong Marathi communication, and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• Based in or willing to relocate to Pune and Amravati, Maharashtra.
• 3-5 years of experience working with government stakeholders, preferably in the education sector.
• Hands-on with operations, willing to pilot and experiment with different strategies, interact regularly with students and stakeholders across the state, and make things happen with low budgets.
• Excellent communication in Marathi and sound understanding in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams.
• Ownership, Grit & Bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support program implementation in project districts in Maharashtra, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Conduct regular school visits with field staff within districts to observe and support program activities.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with district-level stakeholders such as Samagra Shiksha, State education department officials, and school heads.
• Document program progress via reports, case stories, and other impact documentation.
• Help 4-5 field executives in day-to-day planning and implementation of the district and state-level student expos and other program events.
