Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Specialist - Marketing to coordinate campaigns and create visual assets, supporting graphic design, campaign management, and all creative deliverables in line with Wesco Anixter brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with internal partners, agencies and vendors to ensure accurate, timely execution and high-quality collateral for digital and print.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design or related field; Marketing degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, graphic design, or related role.
• Ability to own discrete workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong graphic design capabilities with hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW (mandatory).
• Proven experience creating both digital and print marketing collateral with a strong design portfolio.

• Applies continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and program quality.
• Design and adapt graphics such as event backdrops, email banners, social posts, digital advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, case studies, datasheets and other marketing materials.
• Prepare print-ready and digital artwork, including image editing, resizing, retouching, and file optimisation.
