Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in business transformation and ERP implementations using best-of-breed systems/applications.
• 7 years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of enterprise applications.
• 5 years of experience managing projects and contracts with outside vendors and consultants.
• Administrative experience including organization, planning, cost and benefit analysis, budgeting and project management, and evaluation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning & coordination within the enterprise transformation program.
• Lead strategic planning and execution for application and cloud-based systems, prioritizing initiatives and guiding evaluation, development, deployment, and management of technologies with stakeholders.
• Manage people and drive a positive team culture that encourages ownership and accountability.
• Own the deployment playbook, including cutover steps, rollback procedures, and post‑deployment validation.
• Oversee environment provisioning, configuration, and refresh schedules.
• Enforce change control processes for IT components, including scope, timing, and resource impacts.
• Define and track technical release KPIs.
• Coordinate user access provisioning and de‑provisioning.
• Partner with the Business Release Integration Lead for alignment across business and IT activities.
• Communicate release status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Support cross‑functional coordination during cutover and hypercare.

You will ensure that all technology elements, including applications, infrastructure, testing, integrations, data, and end‑user readiness, are fully coordinated and deployment‑ready for each release wave. You will partner closely with the Business Release Integration Lead to ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery with minimal operational disruption.

• Responsible for overseeing the planning & coordination within the enterprise transformation program
