Job summary

Nordex Group in Chennai seeks a data-quality and analytics professional to join the Quality Logistics – Analytics and Support team within QHSE. You will implement robust data processing, interlink data sources, create automated dashboards and reports, and support data-entry standards.

Key tasks include analysing reports and non-conformities, clustering data, and identifying repetitive problems through data analytics, while monitoring KPIs for logistics quality activities.

Job description

LOCATION: Chennai

DEPARTMENT: QHSE(Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)

Your Tasks

• You will be part of the Quality Logistics – Analytics and Support team, a team of experts that gives technical support, analyzes reports and non-conformities, processes supplier claims and supports with other means to drive Nordex’ Quality transformation within outbound logistics.
• Implement and improve processes to facilitate robust and reliable data processing
• Implement processes to ensure good data quality in Quality Logistics
• Interlink different data sources and create dashboards and reports
• Create automatized dashboards and reports
• Support the technical support team by implementing automated processes and defining standards for data entry
• Analyze technical reports and checklists, cluster, and process data
• Identification of repetitive problems by data analytics.

Your Profile

• Deep understanding of data management, data quality, and associated processes
• Expert in MS Power Platform (MS Power BI, MS Power App, MS Power Automate)
• Strong skills in creating Management reports incl. charts, presentation slides
• Ability to manage KPIs and performance monitoring for logistics quality activities
• Profound AI skills and willingness to learn in this context and implement AI tools
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, Upvise, MS Office Suite, Team Center; familiarity with ERP systems and digital quality platforms.
• Fluent in English & Tamil (spoken and written); additional Hindi languages is a plus.
