Job summary

Randstad Bangalore is seeking a Specialist, IT Development to contribute to small to mid-size software projects. You will gather requirements with IT Architecture and Process Designers, translate them into design specifications and implement стандартп software components under supervision.

Qualifications

• Collaborates with IT Architecture, IT Functional & Process Designers and IT Business Partners to gather requirements and translate them into design specifications for small and straight-forward projects.
• Participates in the implementation of standards, methods, features and logic for software following established business strategies and specifications.
• Undertakes coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting tasks in projects with limited complexity under supervision of senior team members.
• Implements non-complex straight-forward code following best practices and coding guidelines, seeking feedback as needed.
• Fulfils proper documentation of software design and works with IT Functional & Process Designers to design and implement solutions that meet architecture standards.
• Executes the defined development roadmap and stays up to date with technology developments.
