Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced Scrum Master and Agile coach with hands‑on Jira expertise to lead Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and guide cross‑functional teams toward high performance. This role supports information security and compliance initiatives across IT assets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of CyberSecurity experience with focus in Identity & Access Management.
  • 3+ years of Scrum Master/Agile Coach or similar leadership role.
  • 2+ years hands‑on experience with Atlassian Jira (board configuration, workflows, dashboards, reporting).
  • Experience coaching and mentoring teams on Agile principles and practices.
  • Exposure to or interest in project management practices; PM experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with distributed or remote Agile teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

You work with the information security team as a competent and experienced information security and compliance specialist.

How you will contribute

You will assess information security risks in line with internal policy and external best practices, and support security of information and IT assets by testing security systems and applying security standards, policies, and procedures. Under the guidance of global information security lead, you will implement cyber security technology and provide day‑day business support. If relevant to your role, you will manage third‑party providers to ensure that any internal or third‑party adhere to standards. You will also provide information security training to appropriate teams.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master with hands‑on Jira experience and an aptitude for project management. The primary focus of this role is Scrum Master and Agile coaching. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and guide teams toward high performance. Your Jira expertise will ensure teams have effective tooling and visibility. Project management is a growth area — you will contribute to planning and delivery coordination, growing into full project ownership with mentorship and support.

Scrum Master Duties
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
  • Ensure the team adheres to Scrum values, principles, and practices
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized, and well‑refined product backlog
  • Track and communicate team velocity, sprint burndown, and other key Agile metrics
  • Promote self‑organization and cross‑functionality within the team
Agile & Jira Coaching Duties
  • Coach team members on Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Mentor team members on Jira best practices including workflow configuration, board management, backlog grooming, and reporting
  • Champion the adoption of Agile practices across the team
Project Management Duties
  • PM experience is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Support the definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and senior PMs
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
  • Identify, assess, and elevate project risks and issues; contribute to risk register maintenance
  • Provide regular status reports and progress updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Participate in change management activities and stakeholder communication plans
  • Grow into full project ownership
Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Experience
  • 5+ years of CyberSecurity experience with focus in Identity & Access Management
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar Agile leadership role
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Atlassian Jira (board configuration, workflows, dashboards, and reporting)
  • Established skill working with Stakeholders and leading meetings
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring teams on Agile principles and practices
  • Exposure to or genuine interest in project management practices (formal PM experience is a plus)
  • Experience working with distributed or remote Agile teams is a plus
  • Jira (Proficient to Expert): Board configuration, workflows, dashboards, JQL basics, sprint reporting, and automation rules
  • Project Management Basics: Understanding of project planning concepts — timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • SDLC & DevOps: General understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
  • Additional Nice‑to‑Have Experience Formal project management experience managing medium‑to‑large‑scale technology projects Background in software engineering or technical product development Experience with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) or similar goal‑setting frameworks Knowledge of Lean principles and practices Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps delivery practices
Certifications
  • Six Sigma - Certified ScrumMaster - Required
  • PMP – Project Management Professional (PMI) — highly valued for the PM growth track
  • Atlassian Certified – Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator
