Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Information Security to coordinate web monitoring, data forensics, and client security requests. The role involves investigations, reporting, and consulting on security policies across Pearson Security Services.
The incumbent will collaborate with diverse teams, manage security templates, and support clients globally, including U.S. and international partners. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
This position will be working collaboratively with many teams across Pearson and Pearson Professional Assessments, including Development, Global Business Solutions, Business Development, Global Business Assurance and Program Management. The specialist, Information Security, provides internal subject matter expertise with regard to Pearson Security Services and supports the operational execution of departmental strategies.
This role involves overseeing web monitoring and data forensics services, responding to client security requests, conducting investigations related to candidate misconduct, and managing security templates. The specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, and provide internal and external consulting on information security policies, standards and procedures.
This role is based in Noida, India. It is primarily remote, with a requirement to work from the office two days per month. The position supports global clients, primarily in the U.S., with standard working hours from 3:00 PM to midnight IST. Earlier hours may be worked on in‑office days.
