Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Specialist - Global Mobility Services to assist in relocation logistics, visa applications, and documentation. You will maintain mobility records and ensure policy adherence while coordinating with vendors and employees for case updates.

Also contribute to compliance tracking and reporting, and support mobility process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, economics, finance, MBA or analytics.
• Experience in relocation, mobility policy or related domains is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, visa processes and documentation.
