Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Specialist - Global Mobility Services to support day-to-day mobility operations, manage migration documentation, and maintain mobility databases. The role involves assisting with immigration and relocation paperwork and coordinating with vendors to resolve employee queries.

You will contribute to reporting and compliance efforts in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. The position is based in Hyderabad, India, offering regular daytime office hours and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirements in Commerce/Economics/Finance; MBA/MB Analytics considered an asset.
• Experience in global mobility operations or related HR functions is expected.
• Familiarity with immigration documentation and relocation processes preferred.
