Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to manage month-end closing, reporting and balance sheet reconciliations. The role emphasizes ensuring KPI adherence, audit readiness and timely submission of evidence for statutory and internal reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong R2R, regulatory compliance, and ERP experience, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Night shifts in India and regular office-based work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Masters in Finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end closing activities including journal entries, reconciliations and balance sheet review.
• Manage reporting, consolidation, and KPI/SLA adherence; ensure timely audit deliverables and evidence submission.
• Lead intercompany processes, resolve balancing items and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities. Reporting & consolidations. Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls. Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements. Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements. Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries. Review & Performing Month End Close activities. Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations. Handle quarterly intercompany process. Resolution of Balancing Items. Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience). Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required. Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
