Eaton India Innovation Center (EIIC) in Pune seeks a Specialist, Data Center - Embedded Electronic Hardware with 12–15 years of experience to lead LV and Power Electronics hardware development for next-gen products. Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in power electronics and hardware for data centers.
• Deep knowledge of data center power architectures (Transformers, UPS, PDUs, switchgear).
• Hands-on PCB design, schematic creation, testing, prototyping, and industrialization.
• Experience with UL, IEC, NEC standards for meters, breakers, fuses, relays, switchgears.
• Power electronics: AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC, gate drives, thermal management.
• Embedded control algorithms on embedded platforms.
• EMI/EMC analysis and battery management systems.
• Lifecycle ownership from requirements to certification.
• Strong communicator, cross-cultural collaboration.
• Circuit design and simulation using PSpice, LTSpice, ModelSim.
• Digital interfaces: RS232, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, Modbus, BACNet.

Hands-On Design Expertise: Proficient in PCB design, component selection, schematic creation, product testing, prototype development, and industrialization. Standards Compliance: Deep knowledge of UL, IEC, and NEC standards for devices such as meters, breakers, fuses, relays, switchgears, and contactors. Power Electronics Mastery: Extensive experience in power conversion technologies (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC), gate drives, thermal management, and control strategies. Embedded Systems & Magnetics: Skilled in implementing control algorithms on embedded platforms and working with high-frequency magnetics (transformers, inductors, CTs, hall sensors). EMI/EMC & Battery Systems: Experienced in EMI/EMC analysis, filter design, and battery management systems.
