Job summary

Ericsson seeks an experienced MS Core and Cloud Specialist to monitor CS/PS/IMS KPIs in real time, manage incidents with RCA, and drive continual performance optimization across CS Core, EPC, and IMS networks.

You will generate KPI reports, analyze trends, coordinate with NOC and engineering teams, and ensure SLA compliance while supporting maintenance activities. 8+ years in core network monitoring is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electronics/Computer Science.
• 8+ years in Core Network Monitoring & Optimization.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, Availability).
• Experience in troubleshooting, KPI analysis, and reporting.
• Preferred: Automation, scripting, and trace analysis.

• Monitor CS/PS/IMS KPIs in real time and detect threshold breaches.
• Manage incidents end-to-end with RCA and timely escalation.
• Generate operational and KPI performance reports.
• Analyze trends and perform optimization (parameter tuning, KPI improvement).

• Coordinate with NOC, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
• Support maintenance activities and validate post-change performance.

About This Opportunity

Responsible for end-to-end monitoring, incident management, performance analysis, and optimization of CS Core, Packet Core (EPC), and IMS networks. The role ensures proactive issue detection, SLA compliance, and continuous network performance improvement.

You Will Bring

• Strong experience in CS Core, EPC (MME, SGW, PGW), and IMS (VoLTE/VoWiFi)


• Expertise in KPI monitoring, RCA, and performance optimization


• Knowledge of LTE/VoLTE signaling and core network architecture


• Hands-on with tools like ENM, ENIQ, Cisco Prime, etc.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

What Will You Do
