Job summary

DP World India is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to lead R2R processes within our Global Service Centre. You will coordinate with AP, AR, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely closing.

The role requires 5–8 years in Finance, strong ERP skills (SAP/Oracle), and a readiness to work shifts as needed. Join us to support end-to-end finance operations and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce is required.
• Shipping background is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and internal controls.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in shifts as per business requirement, including night shift if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational delivery of R2R processes, coordinating with AP and AR ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to timelines.
• Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution, escalations, and exception handling in finance operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies, accounting standards, and applicable statutory regulations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and IT to support end-to-end finance activities .
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial records.
• Contribute to automation initiatives, ERP enhancements, and process standardization projects.
• Coordinate with auditors (internal/external) to support audit processes and provide timely responses to audit queries .
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions and approvals
