Job summary

DP World Global Service Centre in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Specialist - Forwarding Operations to manage account enablement, reporting, data operations, EDI coordination, and customer visibility services for OPSX Europe accounts.

You will leverage Freight Forwarding knowledge, analytical reporting, and strong Excel skills to deliver accurate, timely reports and coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or data management.
• 2–4 years of experience required.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding or supply chain logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle account enablement and reporting for OPSX Europe.
• Coordinate data operations and EDI with customers.

The purpose of this role is to support OPSX strategic accounts by managing account enablement, operational reporting, data operations, EDI coordination, and customer visibility services. The role requires strong freight forwarding operations knowledge, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting, smooth operational coordination, and high-quality customer support within defined timelines.

Key Role Responsibilities:

The OAM Desk team handles account enablement, reporting, data operations, EDI coordination, and customer visibility services for OPSX Europe strategic accounts.

• Freight forwarding operations background (ocean / air)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, data handling)
• Good written English for customer-facing reporting
• Experience with operational systems (CargoWise / CR3 familiarity a plus)
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently to deadlines

Skills & Competencies:

• Freight forwarding operations knowledge (Ocean/Air)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced Excel and data handling capabilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
