EXL seeks an experienced privacy operations professional to manage end-to-end DSAR processes across global regulations from its India operations. You will assess requests, coordinate cross-functional teams, draft responses and monitor SLAs to ensure timely, accurate compliance while driving process improvements.
You will collaborate with Legal, IT, HR and business units to review data, maintain documentation, and support audits and regulatory inquiries. CIPPE/CIPM certification is valued.
Manage end-to-end Data Subject Rights Request (DSAR) operations across global privacy regulations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant fulfillment of individual rights requests while driving process efficiency, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
