Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Special Education Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Specialist will design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention programs for children with diverse learning and developmental needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering one-on-one and small-group sessions, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies based on data and observations. The role involves collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support across home and school environments, as well as maintaining clear documentation and reports. The Specialist will also participate in team meetings, contribute to curriculum adaptation, and engage in ongoing professional learning to stay aligned with current special education practices.

Qualifications
