Job summary

Exponent Energy in Bengaluru is seeking a capable Parts Officer to join the After Sales team. You will plan, monitor, bin and store parts, issue parts to technicians and maintain accuracy between physical stock and the DMS.

You will also drive proactive stocking for new product lines, ensure store hygiene, conduct annual stock checks, dispose obsolete stock, and liaise with manufacturers on claims. Graduate with 2–5 years automotive experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Any graduate with min. 2/3 years of experience as parts officer/supervisor.
• Overall 4/5 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and bin parts at predefined locations and store them.
• Issue parts as per process to technicians.
• Capture demand of parts accurately and proactively stock for new product lines.
• Ensure hygiene of store and spare parts counter.
• Ensure requisition for all part lines is updated in the DMS.

You will be working with the After Sales team in Bengaluru.

This team runs on a hustle mindset with an objective to increase Exponent Energy’s market share in the city of Bengaluru and beyond and help more people adapt to 15-minute rapid charging technology achieved by our Flexible Energy Stack, which consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Planning, monitoring and binning of Parts at appropriate predefined location and storing.
• Issuing parts as per process to the technicians
• Capturing demand of parts accurately and proactive stocking for new product lines.
• Ensure hygiene of store and spare parts counter.
• Ensuring requisition for all part lines are updated in the DMS
• Organise physical checking of inventory / stock at least once in a year. Ensure least deviation with stock in system
• Ensuring obsolete / dead stock disposal at a periodic interval through proper campaigns.
• Liaise with manufacturers for clearing parts related claims.
• Organise physical stock taking once in a year.
• Warranty Claims to be processed timely and replenish the parts

About the candidate

• Any graduate with min. 2/3 years of experience as parts officer/supervisor
• Overall 4/5 years of experience in the Automotive industry
