Job summary

Husky Technologies TM in Chennai, India, is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator for the second shift (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM) to process quotes and orders for Husky equipment parts in the ERP system, from entry to delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include clarifying prices, identifying parts with Engineering, coordinating with Inventory/Warehouse, and monitoring payment terms with Finance. Strong English communication and 3–5 years in logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Order Management/Logistics experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good English communication (both written and verbal).

• Ensure parts release and shipment with Inventory and Warehouse.

Job Description

Responsible for processing customers quotes/orders for Husky equipment parts in the ERP system, from transaction entry through follow-up, until delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Clarify parts prices and lead time with Purchasing/Global Supply Chain.
• Identify most appropriate parts to customers’ requirements with Engineering.
• Ensure parts release and shipment with Inventory and Warehouse.
• Work with Finance to validate payment terms, to understand financial blocking reasons, and to monitor Orders covered by Letter of Credit or Cash against documents.
• Inform Customers on parts delivery dates.

Technical/Professional Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

• Inside-sales skills (opportunities sourcing, value proposition communication, negotiation, …).

Technical product knowledge (Mechanical/Electrical/Software) an asset.

Strong attention to details.

Sense of priorities and good organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with others when required.

Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel.

Must be available to work some rotational shifts as well as support on weekends and after hours (if applicable)

Advance English - both written and verbal

Qualification

Education

BE/B.Tech/Diploma/University Degree, preferably with a Supply Chain/Order fulfillment/Logistics background or equivalent work experience

Related Experience

3-5 years Order Management/Logistics experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Good English communication (both written and verbal).

Shift Timing : 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
