Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator in Chennai (Second Shift). You will process quotes and orders for Husky equipment parts, coordinate with purchasing and supply chain, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in order management/logistics, a degree in a related field, and strong English and MS Office skills. Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Order Management/Logistics experience in manufacturing.
• BE/B.Tech/Diploma or degree in supply chain/logistics preferred.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with MS Office; ability to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process customer quotes and orders for Husky equipment parts.
• Coordinate with Purchasing/Global Supply Chain on prices and lead times.
• Identify appropriate parts for customers' requirements with Engineering.
• Ensure parts release and shipment with Inventory/Warehouse.
• Inform customers of delivery dates and monitor orders.
• Support weekend/after-hours shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customers quotes/orders for Husky equipment parts.
• Clarify parts prices and lead time with Purchasing/Global Supply Chain.
• Identify most appropriate parts to customers’ requirements with Engineering.
• Ensure parts release and shipment with Inventory and Warehouse.
• Work with Finance to validate payment terms, to understand financial blocking reasons, and to monitor Orders covered by Letter of Credit or Cash against documents.
• Inform Customers on parts delivery dates.
• Clear customer needs, identify additional sales opportunities and execute customer hunting strategy.
• Engage customers with value propositions to source additional sales opportunities during both inbound and outbound customer contact.
• Understand new sales/marketing initiatives launched and remain informed about latest marketing communications to customers Qualifications.

Technical/Professional Knowledge, Skill And Abilities

• Inside-sales skills (opportunities sourcing, value proposition communication, negotiation, …).
• Technical product knowledge (Mechanical/Electrical/Software) an asset.
• Strong attention to details.
• Sense of priorities and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others when required.
• Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Must be available to work some rotational shifts as well as support on weekends and after hours (if applicable)
• Advance English - both written and verbal

Qualification

• Education
  • BE/B.Tech/Diploma/University Degree, preferably with a Supply Chain/Order fulfillment/Logistics background or equivalent work experience
• Related Experience
  • 3-5 years Order Management/Logistics experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Good English communication (both written and verbal).

Shift Timing: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
