Job summary

Assistara Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking fluent Spanish-speaking Travel Sales Agents to join our International Travel Sales team in Noida. You will handle travel bookings, respond to inquiries, and convert opportunities into confirmed reservations while delivering an excellent customer experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in US travel sales or international processes, fluency in Spanish and English, strong sales skills, and willingness to work US shifts from Noida.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of US travel sales or international travel process experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English with strong verbal skills.
• Sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of airline reservations, hotels, car rentals, and cruises.
• Familiarity with Amadeus or Galileo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers regarding travel bookings, inquiries, and reservations.
• Assist customers with airline ticket bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, and cruise bookings.
• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate travel solutions.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving individual sales targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per booking.
• Handle itinerary modifications, cancellations, rescheduling, and other booking-related queries.
• Explain travel options, pricing, policies, and booking conditions clearly to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and effective sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Meet performance expectations related to sales conversion, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and call quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in US Travel Sales or an international travel process preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal communication and comprehension skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
• Working knowledge of airline reservations, hotel bookings, car rentals, and cruise packages.
• Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Galileo will be an advantage.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend relevant travel products.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work US shifts from our Noida office.

Candidates with strong Spanish communication skills and relevant international travel sales experience will be preferred.
