The role requires leading therapists, designing treatments, overseeing daily operations, and collaborating with marketing to promote spa offerings while ensuring safety and hygiene standards. A hospitality background with 3-5 years of spa management experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Wellness, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in spa management, wellness program development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of wellness trends, spa treatments, and longevity practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Personalize guest interactions and recommendations to enhance their overall spa experience.
• Lead, motivate, and support spa staff, including therapists and wellness practitioners, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep the team updated on new treatments, techniques, and wellness trends.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure that all spa equipment, products, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
• Monitor and manage the spa budget, including tracking expenses, managing inventory, and maximizing revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies, special offers, and events that drive spa traffic and enhance guest engagement.
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media and other marketing channels to promote spa services and wellness programs.
• Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered in accordance with Fairmont’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The Spa & Wellness Executive will play a key role in the development, management, and delivery of our spa services and wellness programs. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in spa and wellness management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development & Management
