Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and job boards.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Conduct initial technical assessments to match candidates with job requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

Candidate Engagement

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Market Research

• Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and technical job market dynamics.
• Identify and implement strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
