TE Connectivity is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Analyst II in Bengaluru to manage defined sourcing initiatives and category activities, balancing procurement execution with strategic sourcing goals. The role focuses on cost reductions, supplier performance, and collaborative decisions to support product and operational needs.

• Driving cost reduction, productivity, and compliance initiatives with suppliers.
• Managing RFQ and negotiation processes for assigned materials or services.
• Monitoring sourcing KPIs such as savings pipeline, supplier consolidation, and risk indicators.
• Supporting development and execution of category and commodity strategies.
• Supporting make-versus-buy analysis, supplier alignment, and early supplier involvement activities.
• Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing to ensure sourcing decisions support product and operational requirements.
