Accenture PLC in Bengaluru invites a Sourcing & Cat Enablement Specialist with 7–11 years of contract management experience. You will lead contract reviews, negotiations, and risk assessments, partnering with stakeholders to drive compliant, commercially sound outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a law degree (Bachelor of Laws, LLB preferred), strong drafting and redlining abilities, expert Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a proactive approach to governance and template standardization.

• 6-8 years of experience in contract management and commercial negotiations
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
• Strong PowerPoint skills for management presentations and contract summaries

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements independently.
• Manage NDAs, DPAs, SOWs, Professional Services Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and Procurement Contracts.
• Assess contractual, commercial, and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support negotiations with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide contract guidance to business teams.
• Drive contract execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Support governance, process improvement, and template standardization initiatives.
• Mentor junior contract professionals.
• Demonstrates ownership and sound business judgment.
• Able to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Works effectively with global and cross‑functional teams.
• Promotes collaboration and continuous improvement.
