Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Sourcing & Cat Enablement Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Contract Services engagements across clients and geographies. You will be the SME, driving governance, mobilization, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of high-complexity Contract Services engagements across multiple clients and geographies.
  • Act as Program Lead for strategic engagements, driving governance, stakeholder management, issue resolution, and operational excellence.
  • Lead drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and lifecycle management of Technology, SaaS, Cloud, Professional Services, and Supplier agreements.
  • Own mobilization, transition, stabilization, and knowledge transfer activities for engagements.
  • Provide strategic guidance on contractual, commercial and risk matters while supporting escalations.
  • Support GTM initiatives, pricing, staffing strategies, and sales pursuits to drive growth.
  • Build, lead and develop Contract Services teams including hiring, workforce planning, and capability development.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and CLM guidance to drive consistency and delivery excellence.
  • Drive process transformation, automation, and digital contracting solutions across the function.
  • Establish governance, compliance, quality assurance, reporting and performance management frameworks.
  • Capture contracting best practices and industry trends to enhance capabilities.

What would you do?

The Delivery Operations Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Contract Services engagements across multiple clients, categories, and geographies. This role is accountable for program delivery, operational excellence, governance, mobilization, transition, stakeholder management, capability development, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with client policies, applicable laws, and contractual obligations. The role will also partner with Sales, Business Transformation, Procurement, Legal and Client Account teams to support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, solution development, sales pursuits, and business growth. The Delivery Operations Manager serves as the Contract Services Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving best practices, mentoring teams, and building a high-performing Contract Services organization.

What are we looking for?

Law degree or equivalent professional qualification with a minimum of 14+ years of post-qualification experience in Commercial Contract Management, Procurement Contracting. Extensive experience leading end-to-end delivery of high-complexity commercial contracting engagements across global organizations. Experience in compliance management, operational governance, quality management, and business transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, analytical, project management, and influencing skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-complexity Contract Services engagements, ensuring achievement of SLAs, KPIs, quality, compliance, financial, and client satisfaction targets.
  • Act as the Program Lead for strategic engagements, driving governance, stakeholder management, issue resolution, and operational excellence.
  • Lead drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and lifecycle management of complex Technology, SaaS, Cloud, Professional Services, Consulting, Logistics, Marketing, Corporate, and Supplier agreements.
  • Own large-scale mobilization, transition, stabilization, and knowledge transfer activities for new and existing engagements.
  • Serve as the Contract Services SME, providing strategic guidance on contractual, commercial, operational, and risk matters while supporting complex client escalations.
  • Support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, solutioning, pricing, staffing strategies, capability presentations, and sales pursuits to drive business growth.
  • Build, lead, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing Contract Services teams, including hiring support, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development.
  • Develop and maintain Contract Services SOPs, playbooks, templates, negotiation guidance, and knowledge repositories to drive consistency and delivery excellence.
  • Drive process transformation, continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives across the Contract Services function.
  • Partner with Business Transformation, Procurement, Legal, Technology, and Operations teams to implement scalable operating models and digital contracting solutions.
  • Establish governance, compliance, quality assurance, reporting, and performance management frameworks across engagements.
  • Capture contracting best practices, market insights, and industry trends to continuously enhance Contract Services capabilities.
  • Provide training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions to Contract Services professionals and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage complex client escalations, influence senior stakeholders, and successfully drive engagements through execution.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, AI-enabled contracting solutions, and CLM platforms.
  • Experience with AI-assisted contract review, workflow automation, and digital contracting tools (e.g., Icertis, Ariba, Sirion, Ironclad, Conga, DocuSign CLM, SpotDraft, or equivalent).
  • Ability to drive AI adoption, process optimization, and digital transformation to improve delivery, productivity, and operational excellence.
