Job summary

Accelon Consulting in Bengaluru seeks a senior Business/Systems Analyst to lead end-to-end S2P transformation projects. You will drive process improvements, collaborate with procurement, finance, and tech teams, and define future-state requirements while ensuring data governance and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in S2P/Finance operations, strong SAP S/4HANA expertise, and hands-on experience with Coupa or Ariba. Experience in RPA and AI initiatives is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Business/System Analysis within S2P, P2P, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Finance Operations.
• SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in procurement transformation and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) transformation including sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, and payments ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Drive implementation and process improvements through stakeholder partnership for future-state process definition, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and automation identification.
• Analyze spend, invoice, and payment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for better visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Treasury, and technology teams to align processes.
• Support data governance, compliance, audit readiness, user training, change adoption, QA, and UAT.
• Work with business users, engineers, system integrators, and vendors to resolve issues and support project milestones.
• Focus on requirements gathering, design discussions, UAT, process transformation, and system enhancements.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with at least one procurement platform: Coupa (preferred), Ariba, Zip, or Level Path (good to have).
• Strong understanding of S2P lifecycle including procurement, accounts payable, payments, and vendor management.
