Working Days: Monday - Saturday (All Saturdays are half-day)

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for recruitment, team handling, as well as client handling.
  • Generate new accounts in BFSI/Automotive/Oil & Gas/healthcare/FMCG segments.
  • Manage the client and the delivery of recruitment mandates for Non-IT selection services for BFSI/Automotive/Oil & Gas/healthcare verticals for pan-India clients.
  • Handle targets on Gross Profit (Revenue)
  • Manage the client relationship by good account management practice and grow the business share from key clients.
  • Meet clients on a quarterly basis to understand the requirement, upcoming assignments, and hiring plans.
  • Work closely with the respective line managers, SPOC to ensure better understanding of mandates and faster closures.
  • Work with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently.
  • Ensure correct reporting is done in a timely manner and serve as the link of communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Handled large enterprise accounts and identified human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional and operational areas.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 10-15 years of Non-IT recruitment, new client acquisition, team handling, and client handling experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate in English.
  • Good ability to deal with new clients as well as existing ones.
  • Candidate must generate business, client account relationship, long-term relationship, and business development.
  • Must have handled P&L / Revenue and have experience in team handling and client handling.
  • Should be from a consulting background.
