As a Solutions Engineer — MCU, you are the technical heart of our customer engagements. You will port Qt for MCUs to new silicon platforms, design display adaptation layers, solve complex hardware-software integration challenges, and serve as the go-to subject matter expert for MCU-related opportunities across sales, pre‑sales, and product engineering.

5–8 years of hands‑on embedded software engineering experience, Strong focus on microcontroller‑based products and ARM Cortex‑M class devices (STM32, NXP i.MX RT, Renesas RA/RH), Proven experience porting or adapting embedded software stacks in bare‑metal and RTOS environments (FreeRTOS and/or Zephyr), Solid grasp of MCU memory architecture, Hands‑on experience with TFT/LCD display integration (framebuffer management, pixel format handling, display controller configuration, SPI, I2C, UART, DMA), Experience with at least one embedded GUI framework (Qt for MCUs, LVGL, Embedded Wizard, or STemWin), Proficiency in C and C++ with CMake‑based build systems, Strong communication skills in English
