Job Summary

We are looking for a Solution Owner / Product Owner with experience in Application Development, Cloud, and DevOps environments. The candidate should be capable of bridging business requirements with technical teams and driving end-to-end solution delivery.

Note: This is not a Business Analyst role. We are looking for candidates with Solution Ownership or Product Ownership experience and a technical background in application development, cloud, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Own solution/product delivery from requirements through implementation, release, and successful adoption.
• Develop and execute the product vision, roadmap, strategy, scope, use cases, success criteria, KPIs, and release plans.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements gathering, and use case definition sessions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and assess them for completeness, consistency, and feasibility.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with Developers, Architects, and Engineering teams.
• Create and manage epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint backlogs using Jira.
• Prioritize and maintain the product/sprint backlog based on business value, delivery priorities, and customer requirements.
• Work closely with Application Development, Cloud, DevOps, Architecture, and Engineering teams to guide feature implementation.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, requirement discussions, and stakeholder reviews.
• Track requirements and delivery progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage requirement changes, dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure delivered features meet agreed customer, business, and technical requirements.
• Communicate product vision, delivery progress, risks, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between business and technical teams and manage competing stakeholder priorities.
• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio for requirements, collaboration, process flows, and solution documentation.
