Job summary

Orange Business is looking for an experienced Solution Expert to support global customers in telecom and IT projects. You will drive complex network deployment and virtualization initiatives, collaborate with cross- functional teams, and provide Level 3 technical support across platforms.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years experience in telecom or IT with external customer-facing projects.
• Hands-on experience in network deployment and operations.
• Good understanding of SDWAN and security products.

Responsibilities

• Resolve high complexity scope for integration and delivery.
• Provide next level technical support for Platform/Connectivity/CSP/MPN and other tech as a service.
• Perform service changes via Change Management processes.
• Authorize, validate and implement solution releases and migrations.
• Manage customer technical discussions and provide regular updates.

About the role

Technical responsibilities:

• Resolving high complexity scope for integration and delivery.
• Provide next level technical support for Platform/Connectivity/CSP/MPN and other technology as a service.
• Perform service changes by assessing risk and implementing requests reported within the agreed Change Management process through Orange Change tools.
• Perform solution releases by authorizing, validating (changes, upgrades, updates, patches and migrations) and implementing them.
• Manage customer (internal and external entities) technical discussions and provide them with regular updates as per each of the service and business requirement

• Cisco, Plao Alto, Fortinet Certifications with good network background ismust.

• Overallexperienceof8-10yearsof experienceinthe TELECOM or IT industry managing external customer facingprojects
• Customer Service and Telecommunications experience, highlydesirable
• Previousinvolvementinnetworkdeploymentprojects and operationssmusthavehands-ontechnical experience

• The Solution Expert, in order to accompany the development of the Customers Solutions, help to orient the thinking and the build of the virtualized infrastructures, with partners Solutions:
• Help in pre-sale step for the technical qualification for the customer’s needs
• Support the building phase and the design of the customers solutions
• Realize the Level 3 support on our solutions
