About the Role

The Solutions Architect (Security) will design secure architectures for cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring compliance, resilience, and risk mitigation for Continent 8’s global customers. This role requires deep cybersecurity expertise and practical implementation skills across AWS and hybrid deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Architecture & Design: Develop secure architectures for AWS and hybrid cloud deployments, including proposals, SoWs, and RFP/RFI responses. Perform risk assessments and threat modeling.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure architectures meet standards like ISO, SOC, and GDPR. Support client audits and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration & Advisory: Partner with Sales and Product teams to define secure solutions and advise customers on cloud security posture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud and hybrid security architecture roles.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or AWS Security Specialty.
• Hands‑on expertise with IAM, encryption, VAPT, SIEM, and automation tools.
• Experience in solutioning and positioning SoC, SIEM, SOAR, and MSSP to customers.
