Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end data solutions including ingestion, transformation, analytics, and AI/ML ops.
• Develop LOE and pricing models using standardized templates.
• Support RFP and proposal responses with technical writeups.
• Collaborate with Data Practice Leader to define reusable assets.
• Define best practices for data governance and quality.
• Guide delivery teams on data operations.

Job Summary

We’re looking for Solutions Architect - Data Services to support our team in Pan India. Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end data solutions: ingestion, transformation, analytics, and AI/ML ops.
• Develop LOE and pricing models using standardized templates (hourly effort by phase, by role, geography).
• Support RFP and proposal responses with technical writeups and estimation rationale.
• Collaborate with Data Practice Leader to define reusable assets and accelerators.
• Define best practices for data governance, quality, and observability.
• Guide delivery teams on scalable, secure data operations.

Required Skills

• Experience scoping data lakes, ETL pipelines, BI dashboards, and AI operationalization.
• Strong command of SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud data services (Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse).
• Hands‑on experience building data cost models and sizing cloud storage/compute.
• Understanding of MLOps lifecycle management and pricing levers (compute cost, license, effort).
• Excellent estimation and proposal‑writing capability.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10–15 years in data engineering, analytics, or BI, with 5+ years in data architecture or solutioning roles.
• Experience architecting large‑scale data lake, ETL, or AI/ML operationalization solutions across cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Certifications preferred: Snowflake Architect, Databricks Certified Data Engineer, AWS Data Analytics Specialty, Azure Data Engineer Associate, or Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer.
• Deep understanding of data governance, lineage, and security standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
