Role Overview

We are seeking a Solution Architect specializing in AI and Machine Learning to lead and design enterprise‑grade AI solutions. This role requires expertise in Agentic AI, Data Science, and MLOps, along with a strong passion for innovation, customer engagement, leadership, and problem‑solving.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Design: Architect complex Agentic AI solutions with layered AI services, logic, and data readiness practices, focusing on Generative AI and LLMs. Design scalable enterprise solutions aligned with business requirements.
• MLOps Leadership: Implement and promote MLOps best practices for scalable, efficient AI/ML workflows.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and lead AI engineers, ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery.
• Customer & Presales Collaboration: Participate in presales discussions, interact with customers to understand business requirements, and translate business objectives into AI‑driven solutions by partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Innovation: Stay updated on advancements in AI to foster team and organizational growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing ML‑powered services and algorithms.
• Proven track record of building enterprise‑scale AI/ML solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI/LLMs and tools like LangChain, LangSmith, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, and Haystack.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, R, and diverse ML algorithms.
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS ML stack.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in solution design, customer interaction, and presales activities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams effectively.
