Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to define and document the scope of work.
• Provide initial workflows & solutions to clients & systems design, refine over the design process to provide final quotation and supporting documentation.
• Work with internal resources and the client to provide demonstrations and documentation for the concept system.
• Work collaboratively with internal, client, and third-party teams to understand current and future business and technical requirements.
• Take the lead on proposal creation and refinement, take ownership, and produce accurate documentation for the bid set.
• Create clear and well-thought-out design workflows, gap analysis, functional specifications, and a budget.
• Act as the technical authority throughout the design, pre-commissioning, onsite commissioning, training, and sustaining engineering phases.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CAD/ CAM, and design tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, documenting, and sustaining full life cycle end-to-end enterprise-wide client-facing projects.
• Experience working with Pro AV, post, broadcast & media solutions.
• Problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Must have 7-8 or more years of experience being a solutions architect with a reputed SI.
• Experience with Pro AV, Broadcast, Post & IT-related network infrastructure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
