Job responsibilities

• Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability and applying best practices to address evolving business needs
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision‑making and key business initiatives
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI‑assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency and analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, interpretation, and generating insights from large, diverse data sets to support strategic decision‑making
• Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
• Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands‑on experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting using approved tools
• Functional knowledge of Payments domain and experienced in testing processes in order to define requirements, document user stories and test scripts through to test execution. Utilization of test automation tools, to enable the efficient and timely E2E test execution, therefore previous experience of automated testing is required.
• Experienced in testing processes in order to define requirements, document user stories and test scripts through to test execution. Ability to work with the minimum of supervision on day‑to‑day activities.
• Very strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to team members, colleagues, senior leads, executives and clients.
• Skilled at problem solving, ability to scope and provide structure to complex issues, rapidly learn unfamiliar processes and provide insightful and timely remediation. Relevant experience or equivalent expertise at troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining Cucumber / Gherkin, Java, Selenium or a similar tool is required.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experienced in using Business Driven Development / Test Driven Development test methodology or test case automation.
• Advanced numeracy and Microsoft skills. PowerPoint / Pitch Pro skills - able to create professional slides and structure presentations with minimal input and need for secondary review.
• Identifying opportunities to accelerate and synergies testing processes for assigned projects and syndicate the information to other team members to validate prior to implementation.
