Job summary

Haleon in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Finance Partnering Manager to provide strategic financial partnership across the business units and support data-centric decision making. The role involves leading a team of analysts to ensure timely, accurate reporting and strong business partnering capabilities.

The successful candidate will have a professional finance qualification, robust experience in finance partnerships, and demonstrated ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)
• Exposure and experience working in a finance function, including providing financial partnership to a business area or team
• Demonstrated financial knowledge and experience including analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning and decision making
• Direct experience with financial software and systems

Responsibilities

• Supporting development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization
• Achieving targets in the area of Data and Reporting within the Business Unit Finance organization
• Keeping key stakeholders informed of changes impacting the business
• Collaborate with business partners to investigate requirements and problems and to seek effective business solutions through improvements in data management processes and procedures
• Drive Monthly Financial data quality management including controls and improvements
• Design and Manage Business Intelligence and Reporting solution to enable Ad-hoc reporting
• Demonstrating Cross function matrix navigation & management
• People Development, Support development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization
• Manage a team of 15 to 20 analysts/contractors to ensure accurate and timely reporting of data

As a Finance Partnering Manager in Global Finance at Haleon you will be offered a great breadth and depth of opportunity and challenge. Finance provides the partnership, strategic guidance and support services that our business units need to operate efficiently and effectively. Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)
• Exposure and experience working in a finance function, including providing financial partnership to a business area or team
• Demonstrated financial knowledge and experience including analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning and decision making
• Direct experience with financial software and systems

Preferred If you have the following, it would be a plus:

• MBA, preferably in Management, Finance or Accounting.
• Strong Analytics training or experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience managing or working with a global team and global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and compare complex data from multiple sources
• Demonstrated ability to determine and communicate the legal, financial and ethical interpretation of industry regulated principles
