Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Finance Partnering Manager within Global Finance to drive partnership with the business, shape strategic plans and provide insights for decision making. You will oversee data quality, reporting design and BI solutions while influencing senior stakeholders across global units.

The role requires strong finance experience, accounting qualifications and experience leading a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional finance qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA) required.
• Experience in a finance function with business partnership exposure.
• Strong financial knowledge including forecasting, planning and decision making.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization.
• Achieve targets in Data and Reporting within the Business Unit Finance organization.
• Keep key stakeholders informed of changes impacting the business.
• Collaborate with business partners to investigate requirements and problems and seek effective business solutions through data management improvements.
• Drive monthly financial data quality management including controls and improvements.
• Design and manage BI and reporting solutions to enable ad-hoc reporting.
• Demonstrate cross-functional matrix navigation and management.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts/contractors to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

As a Finance Partnering Manager in Global Finance at Haleon you will be offered a great breadth and depth of opportunity and challenge. Responsibilities

• Supporting development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization
• Achieving targets in the area of Data and Reporting within the Business Unit Finance organization.

• Drive Monthly Financial data quality management including controls and improvements.
• Design and Manage Business Intelligence and Reporting solution to enable Ad-hoc reporting
• Demonstrating Cross function matrix navigation & management
• Design and Manage Business Intelligence and Reporting solution to enable Ad-hoc reporting
• People Development, Support development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization
• Manage a team of 15 to 20 analysts/contractors to ensure accurate and timely reporting of data

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)
• Exposure and experience working in a finance function, including providing financial partnership to a business area or team
• Demonstrated financial knowledge and experience including analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning and decision making
• Direct experience with financial software and systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA, preferably in Management, Finance or Accounting.
• Strong Analytics training or experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience managing or working with a global team and global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and compare complex data from multiple sources
• Demonstrated ability to determine and communicate the legal, financial and ethical interpretation of industry regulated principles
