Job summary

VOIS is seeking an experienced Solution Designer to translate business Telco requirements into scalable, reusable technical solutions within the Telco IT domain. You will own end-to-end solution design, drive technical consistency across systems, and collaborate with DevOps, developers, and testers to deliver robust solutions.

You will design interfaces, present high-level designs to teams, and coordinate defect resolution while supporting deployments across environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Designer in BSS/OSS applications within a Telco environment.
• 3+ years of experience in backend development (e.g. Java, JavaScript, Python, relational databases)
• Experience working with Amdocs systems (OC/OH/SOM or similar)
• Strong expertise in designing highly reusable and generic technical solutions
• Functional knowledge of Telco domains (Cable/TV preferred)
• Familiarity with TMForum standards (eTOM, TAM, SID, ODA) and REST APIs
• Overall 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience with automated unit testing, DevOps practices, Git, Confluence, Jira, and API design/management
• Experience working in Agile environments (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
• Educational background in Computer Science or a related discipline (B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc)

• Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests for complex changes.

About This Role
