Job summary

HighRadius seeks a Financial Consolidation, Reporting & Planning (FCRP) Implementation Consultant/Manager to lead deployment, optimization and evolution of our FCRP platform across global finance environments. You will serve as both functional and technical leader for client implementations, ensuring accurate, timely delivery and regulatory alignment.

The role demands deep expertise in consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and close processes, with hands-on experience in CPM/ERP tools such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong background in financial consolidation and reporting.
• Experience with ERP/CPM platforms and enterprise finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle activities: requirements, architecture, design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support.
• Drive multiple concurrent FCR projects, managing timelines, risks, scope, and customer expectations.
• Provide governance to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.
• Mentor and lead delivery teams and consultants.

We are seeking a high-caliber Financial Consolidation, Reporting & Planning (FCRP) Implementation Consultant / Manager to lead the deployment, optimization, and ongoing evolution of our Financial Consolidation, Reporting, and Planning platform.This individual will serve as both the functional and technical leader for client implementations, driving successful delivery across complex global finance environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of accounting expertise, financial systems implementation experience, technical capability, and customer-facing leadership. Therole requires deep understanding of financial consolidation principles, reporting architecture, close management processes, and enterprise financial data structures. The candidate will work closely with Finance, IT, Product, and Executive stakeholders to ensure implementations are delivered accurately, efficiently, and aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.The ideal candidate is capable of independently leading enterprise FCR implementations, managing teams and stakeholders, and translating complex business requirements into scalable financial solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle activities including:

• Drive multiple concurrent FCR implementation projects while managing timelines, risks, scope, and customer expectations
• Provide implementation leadership and governance to accelerate delivery execution and improve project outcomes

Financial Consolidation & Reporting Expertise

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on:
  • Intercompany Eliminations
  • Retained Earnings roll-forward
  • Foreign Currency Translation
  • Financial Close processes
  • Topside Adjustments & Managerial Allocations
• Design and implement consolidation, reporting, and planning solutions aligned with IFRS and GAAP requirements
• Configure and maintain complex financial metadata, hierarchies, and reporting structures using Excel Add-In technologies

Reporting, Analytics & Financial Processes

• Design and develop sophisticated:
  • financial statements
  • management reports
  • dashboards
  • bugeting/forecasting/upload templates
  • ad hoc reporting solutions
• Build multidimensional reporting structures and financial analytics models using LiveCube Add-In and related technologies
• Review and optimize existing financial close and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce close cycle timelines

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with:
  • Financial Controllers and Accounting Managers
  • Finance leadership (CFO, VP Finance, etc.)
  • Finance and accounting teams (analysts, staff accountants)
  • IT stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions, and recommend best-in-class alternatives/solutions
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align customer requirements with platform capabilities and roadmap direction
• Mentor and support implementation consultants and delivery team members

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
• CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred, but not required
• 8+ years of experience in:
  • Financial Consolidation
  • Financial Reporting
  • Planning / FP&A Systems
  • Enterprise financial systems implementations

Functional & Industry Expertise

• Strong understanding of:
