As a Varicent Consultant, you will lead full-cycle implementations — from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. Responsibilities include working across key Varicent modules, handling data imports, creating reports, designing workflows, and collaborating with internal teams and international clients.

• Deliver end-to-end Varicent solution implementations
• Configure modules: Data Import, Calculations, Reporting, Web Forms, Workflow
• Conduct testing (unit, QA, UAT)
• Support production deployment and issue resolution
• Prepare technical documentation
• Communicate with global clients
• 2–5 years of Varicent/IBM ICM implementation experience
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Proven ability to manage tasks independently in fast-paced settings
