Job summary

Arcadis in Bengaluru seeks an enterprise platforms leader to govern and continuously improve platform value, adoption, resilience and compliance across Arcadis.

Lead platform management, own the operating model for platform support and continuous improvement, and drive architectural standards, upgrades and integration. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to align roadmaps with business priorities and ensure secure, scalable platforms across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform management and support services at scale.
• Own operating model for platform support and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop Solutions Consultants across seniorities.
• Escalation point for complex platform, vendor and business issues.
• Represent platform portfolio in governance forums with stakeholders and vendors.
• Drive alignment between platform roadmaps and business priorities.
• Be the senior technical and functional authority for platforms.
• Define and approve platform standards, architectures and integration patterns.
• Oversee platform lifecycle management: upgrades, deprecations, risk mitigation.
• Guide cross-platform design decisions and best practices.
• Ensure robust knowledge management and documentation standards.
• Oversee performance, cost optimisation and capacity planning.
• Ensure platforms are secure, compliant and fit for enterprise use.
• Maintain health, stability and performance of platforms.
• Ensure vendor performance and contract outcomes.
• Comply with Arcadis policies and regulatory requirements.

Role accountabilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for platform management and support services.
• Own the operating model for platform support, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop Solutions Consultants across multiple seniority levels.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex platform, vendor, and business issues.
• Represent the platform portfolio in senior stakeholder and vendor governance forums.
• Drive strategic alignment between platform roadmaps and business priorities.
• Act as the senior technical and functional authority across assigned platforms.
• Define and approve platform standards, architectures, and integration patterns.
• Oversee platform lifecycle management, including upgrades, deprecations, and risk mitigation.
