Job summary

You will supervise platform management, define standards, oversee upgrades, and mentor Consultants while aligning roadmaps with business priorities and ensuring secure, cost-efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for platform management and support services.
• Own the operating model for platform support, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop Solutions Consultants across multiple seniority levels.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex platform, vendor, and business issues.
• Represent the platform portfolio in senior stakeholder and vendor governance forums.
• Drive strategic alignment between platform roadmaps and business priorities.
• Act as the senior technical and functional authority across assigned platforms.
• Define and approve platform standards, architectures, and integration patterns.
• Oversee platform lifecycle management, including upgrades, deprecations, and risk mitigation.
• Guide cross-platform design decisions and best practices.
• Ensure robust knowledge management and documentation standards.
• Oversee platform performance, cost optimisation, and capacity planning.
• Ensure platforms are secure, compliant, and fit for enterprise-scale use.
• Maintain overall health, stability, and performance of assigned platforms.
• Ensure effective vendor performance and contract outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Arcadis policies, security, and regulatory requirements.
