Job summary

Alchemist Consulting is seeking a dynamic Solution Consultant to join our team in Kerala. The role focuses on understanding client needs, configuring Zoho Books, and enabling successful software adoption.

Prior Zoho Books experience is beneficial, but newcomers with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in accounting or ERP implementation, excellent communication skills, and a desire to transition into software consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce is mandatory; MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting, accounting software, or ERP implementation.
• Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software is an added advantage.
• Freshers are not eligible for this position.
• Candidates with accounting background who wish to transition into software consulting are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client accounting processes, business workflows, and functional requirements.
• Implement, configure, and customize Zoho Books based on client requirements.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, implementing and configuring Zoho Books, providing functional support, and ensuring successful software adoption.
