Job summary

Roche Holding AG recherche un Senior Solution Architect pour diriger l'évolution architecturale du portefeuille Product Data, Analytics et AI au sein de l'équipe LCG. Vous collaborez avec les parties prenantes senior et challengez les exigences pour de la valeur métier réelle.

Votre rôle implique la définition de la roadmap, l'implémentation de solutions IA, et la gouvernance d'un data fabric global, en coordination avec des équipes réparties mondialement.

Qualifications

• 15+ années d'expérience dont 10 ans en architecture et migrations complexes.
• Diplôme Master ou Bachelor en informatique/ IT.
• Maîtrise du système SAP BW/4HANA et SAP Datasphere.
• Maîtrise AI/ML avec GenAI et Agentic AI en contexte d'entreprise.
• Expérience Data Engineering sur Big Data et stacks cloud (Snowflake, SAP BTP).
• Esprit proactif et capacité à anticiper les besoins métiers.
• Expertise en conformité reporting (Sunshine Act ou équivalent).

Responsibilities

• Piloter la migration SAP BW vers SAP Datasphere et assurer performance et intégrité.
• Conduire la stratégie data et aligner les transitions sur standards d'entreprise.
• Conseiller les parties prenantes et challenger les exigences métiers.
• Définir la roadmap architecturale pour data modeling, analytics et intégration (API, ETL).
• Mettre en œuvre des efficacités IA avec Generative AI et Agentic AI.
• Assurer l'architecture informationnelle et guider le portefeuille Data & AI.
• Gouverner les standards pour un data fabric/mesh scalable et sécurisé.
• Collaborer avec des équipes distribuées et promouvoir l'excellence technique.

La position

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will join our Legal, Compliance and Group Communication (LCG) team to lead the architectural evolution of our Product Data, Analytics, and AI portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Product Data, Analytics and AI, you will act as a visionary change agent, challenging business requirements and proposing AI-driven efficiencies to design complex, global compliance solutions. The Opportunity. In this role, you will have the chance to influence the strategic direction of our data landscape through the following priorities:

• Lead the strategic migration of legacy SAP BW systems to SAP Datasphere, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
• Drive the Roche corporate Data strategy by aligning architectural transitions with global enterprise standards.
• Act as a high-level consultant to senior business stakeholders, proactively challenging requirements to ensure genuine business value.
• Define the architectural roadmap for data modeling, analytics, and integration patterns (APIs, ETL) within the LCG domain.
• Implement cutting-edge AI efficiencies using Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI frameworks to automate compliance.
• Ensure robust information architecture and provide expert guidance across the broader Data & AI product suite.
• Govern architecture standards to maintain a scalable and secure data fabric/mesh environment for global operations.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams to lead virtual architecture organizations and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Who you are

We are looking for a proactive negotiator and technical expert who meets the following qualifications:

• You possess 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 10 years specifically in Architecture leading complex migrations.
• You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• You are an expert in the SAP Ecosystem, specifically with deep, hands-on knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere.
• You demonstrate AI/ML mastery through a proven track record of implementing GenAI and Agentic AI within an enterprise context.
• You have extensive Data Engineering experience with Big Data systems, modern data fabric, and cloud stacks like Snowflake and SAP BTP.
• You bring a proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate business needs and "look around corners" before requirements are articulated.
• You are a preferred expert in compliance reporting, such as the Sunshine Act or similar global regulatory data standards.
