Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, solution architecture, or analytics platform architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience with the Celonis platform, including data integration, PQL, OCDM modeling, and Studio asset development.

• Own end-to-end data integration strategy from ERP sources (Oracle JDE) to Celonis, including connectors and scheduling.
• Manage CPM environment, including Process Designer, Navigator, SSO, roles, and release governance.
• Lead knowledge transfer with Celonis SI team and India BPM execution team, ensuring capability build.
• Establish and govern a data quality framework with validation rules and data scorecards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Pune team and align with Edwards IT governance.

Designed as a long-term investment, the Pune Hub will advance newer digital capabilities such as automation, data, AI, and cloud, and will include roles spanning end user services, application development, and enterprise platform teams. Together, these teams will help Edwards operate more efficiently and accelerate innovation in support of our mission of advancing patient care.

The Solution Architect, Process Intelligence is the senior technical owner of Edwards Lifesciences enterprise Process Intelligence capability on theCelonisplatform. This role has endtoend technical accountability across bothCelonisplatform pillars: Process Mining (data integration, objectcentric data models, analytical assets, and execution solutions) andCelonisProcess Management (Process Designer, Navigator, and the governed process repository). The architect defines the event log architecture, ERP data extraction strategy, pipeline reliability, platform administration, and the technical standards that enable scalable,accurate, and auditready process insights. While OrdertoCash (O2C) is theinitialscope, the architecture is designed to extend acrossadditionalenterprise process domains including ProcuretoPay, manufacturing operations, and IdeatoMarket. This role acts as the primary knowledge transfer recipient from theCelonisSI engagement (896 hours, ending September 2026) and serves as the Indiaside technical leader for the BPM execution team. Upon SI handover, this roleleadsthe maintenance, evolution, and scaling of theCelonisplatform independently.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Define andmaintainthe enterprise event log architecture, objectcentric data models (OCDM), Perspectives, and Knowledge Model that enable process mining, conformance analysis, variant detection, and KPI measurement across enterprise processes. Own the technical design decisions thatdeterminehow business objects, events, and relationships are modeled within the platform (25%).
• Own the endtoend data integration strategy from source ERP systems (Oracle JDE) into theCelonisplatform, including connector configuration, extraction methodselection(JDBC, REST, batch vs. realtime), transformation scripts (PQL), data integration scheduling, and pipeline orchestration. Ensure stable, performant, and governed data flows that meet SLA requirements (20%).
• Serve as the technical owner of theCelonisProcess Management (CPM) environment, including Process Designer, Navigator, and the enterprise process repository. Manage platform administration including SSO configuration, user roles and permissions, Home Site configuration, and release cycle governance. Ensure the CPM environment is operationally ready for enterprisescale BPMN modeling and process catalog consumption (15%).
• Serve as the primary technical counterpart to theCelonisSI team during the implementation engagement (May–September 2026). Lead knowledge transfer activities across all SOW phases(Connect, Data Ready, Analyze, Execute, Handover) and ensure internal capability is built to sustain,operate, and evolve the platform independently postengagement. Shadow SI consultants during OCDM configuration, Studio asset development, and Action Flow design (15%).
• Establish and govern the data quality framework — including validation rules, reconciliation procedures, data scorecards, and rootcause resolution workflows — to ensure mining outputs areaccurate, consistent, and auditready. Define acceptance criteria for event logs and analytical assets before publication to business stakeholders (10%).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Process Intelligence Data Engineer (P3), Senior Analyst, Process Excellence (P3), and broader Pune BPM execution team. Define technical standards, conduct architecture reviews,establishreusable templates and patterns, and ensure alignment withEdwardsenterprise IT governance and security requirements (10%).
• Evaluate and recommend adoption paths for emergingCeloniscapabilities (e.g., Process Sphere, Action Flows,AgentC, AIdriven insights) aligned to Edwards’ process intelligence roadmap. Configure andvalidateexecution solutions including Action Flows and Business Apps for prioritized value opportunities (5%).

• Strongexpertisein SQL, relational database design, and ERP data schemas (Oracle JDE, SAP, or equivalent).
• Experience designing and operating ETL/ELT data pipelines at enterprise scale.
• Demonstrated ability to define data governance frameworks, quality standards, and architectural documentation.
• Experience with platform administration including SSO, user provisioning, and rolebased access control.
• Ability to lead technical delivery in a global, matrixed organization and serve as a technical mentor for colleagues with less experience.
• Strong communicationskills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
• High levelof independence, sound judgment, and ability tooperateeffectively in ambiguous, greenfield environments.
