Job summary

EngiNeo Solutions is seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead global ERP integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, NetSuite and middleware layers. You will map ERP data models to statutory e-invoice schemas and drive design patterns across OIC, SuiteScript/SuiteTalk, and API-based interfaces.

You will define non-functional design aspects, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and mentor delivery teams through build, UAT, cutover and hypercare, while building reusable

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or NetSuite data models and extensibility.
• Proven track record delivering ERP integrations at enterprise scale, across ERP and iPaaS layers.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP, OIC, SuiteScript/SuiteTalk, file interfaces and message queues.
• Experience with indirect tax controls and multiple jurisdictions in global deployments.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to defend designs to an architecture board.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Own the integration architecture for global enterprise customers on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, NetSuite and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design, mapping ERP data models (AR/AP invoices, tax determination, supplier and customer master, GL) to statutory e-invoice schemas.
• Design and review integration patterns across ERP-native and middleware layers: OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), SuiteScript/SuiteTalk, BIP/OTBI extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI/ADFdi, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or equivalent iPaaS.
• Define non-functional design covering error handling, retries, idempotency, reconciliation, volume and peak-load behaviour, and audit traceability.
• Interpret country e-invoicing and tax regulations for each in-scope jurisdiction, and translate mandate changes into concrete design impact.
• Guide delivery and engineering teams through build, UAT, cutover and hypercare; unblock issues and act as the final technical escalation point.
• Build repeatable assets: reusable integration accelerators, reference architectures, design templates and internal enablement.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or NetSuite data model, tax engine, financials modules, extensibility and integration frameworks.
• Proven track record designing and delivering ERP integrations at both the ERP layer and the middleware/iPaaS layer, in production, at enterprise scale.
• Strong command of integration technologies: REST/SOAP, OIC, SuiteScript/SuiteTalk, file-based interfaces, message queues, authentication (OAuth 2.0 mTLS, SAML) and API security.
• Working knowledge of indirect tax VAT/GST determination, tax codes and jurisdictions, reverse charge, credit notes, self-billing, and how these surface in Oracle tax configuration.
• Experience delivering for global customers across multiple regions and legal entities, working with distributed IT, tax and business teams.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to write a design document and defend it in front of an enterprise architecture board.

Strongly preferred

• Designed and delivered multiple e-invoicing / e-reporting / continuous transaction control (CTC) projects.
• Exposure to live mandates such as India GST e-invoicing, KSA ZATCA, UAE, Peppol-based regimes (Belgium, Germany, France, Poland), Malaysia MyInvois or LATAM CTC models.
• Familiarity with Peppol, UBL 2.1 PINT, CII, XML/JSON schema design.
• Prior experience in a SaaS product or consulting environment serving multinational customers.
• Oracle Cloud / NetSuite certifications (Integration, Financials or Architect track).
