Job Title: Solutions Architect - Oracle Cloud SCM (Procure to Pay, P2P)

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Experience with Oracle Cloud: Min 10 Years

Experience with Oracle SCM Procurement: Min 6+ Years

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Working Hours: 12:00pm to 9:00pm

At CleanHarbors, this role drives the strategic direction of Oracle SCM Procure to Pay (P2P) initiatives and aligns business objectives with technology solutions. The role at Global Capability Center (GCC) collaborates with supply chain functions to design solutions that bring efficiencies to complex operations. Leverage the latest Oracle Cloud features to build and deliver applications that enable change for the supply chain. Lead the Oracle Cloud SCM applications team at GCC in delivering projects, enhancements and support engagements.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Design and architect comprehensive Oracle Cloud SCM P2P applications leveraging Oracle features and functionalities, including Gen AI, ML, RPA, focusing on best practices and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain P2P business functions and IT to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Provide deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM Procure to Pay applications, including Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Accounts Payable (good to know).
• Innovation and Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within SCM applications, leveraging modern Oracle Cloud capabilities.
• Change Management: Support change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions and processes within the organization.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure solutions adhere to compliance standards and effectively manage Oracle SCM P2P risks.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience (8+ years) in SCM solutions implementation, with a focus on Oracle Cloud SCM Procure to Pay applications.
• Strong understanding of Oracle SCM applications and best practices for supply chain operations and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Supply Chain modules is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of supply chain regulations, reporting and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
