Role & Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end IT solutions, including OSS/BSS applications, networks, and digital transformation projects. Develop high-level and low-level design documents.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients, gather requirements, and define project scope. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to meet expectations.
• Technical Leadership: Guide the delivery team technically and functionally. Oversee development, integration, and deployment of solutions.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks early.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet standards and client expectations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement process enhancements to improve delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 4 years in telecom domain.
• Technical Skills:
• Database: Oracle, MySQL
• Back-End: Core Java, Spring, Hibernate
• Cloud: AWS
