Job summary

Leucine - AI for Pharma is hiring fresh graduates to join our team and assist senior architects with designing workflows for pharmaceutical AI platforms. You will participate in PoC builds, requirements gathering, and mapping client needs to platform capabilities.

You will contribute to knowledge bases, learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across engineering and analytics teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Information Science or Biotechnology Engineering (2024/2025/2026 graduates)
• Strong academic record with coursework or projects in process engineering, software systems or data analytics
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SQL is a plus
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in all work
• Team Player: Capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently

Responsibilities

• Assist with proof-of-concept builds and basic configuration of CLEEN/DWI platforms
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and translate into functional specs
• Perform gap analyses and help map client needs to platform capabilities
