Job summary

Leucine is hiring a solutions architect in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end design for pharma and life-sciences clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures and collaborate with product, engineering, QA and client teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior architects and developers, drive proofs-of-concept and feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, GMP.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of consulting or industry experience in pharma, life sciences, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of architecting enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, validation processes and regulatory needs.
• Excellent communication skills—able to present complex designs to non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Requirements

Must Have

• Industry pedigree: candidates currently or formerly at Cipla, Dr. Reddy's, Pfizer, Novartis, etc
• Consulting backgrounds: life-sciences practice at PwC, KPMG, McKinsey, BCG or similar
• Experience working with digital validation platforms, LIMS integrations or process-management tools
